Youth and Apprentice Spring Turkey Hunting Weekend April 4-5 Statewide.
Check DWR Regulations for specifics on both Spring Turkey Seasons that run between April 11-May 16.
Review the BDHG Turkey hunting ROE prior to making your hunting reservation.
Don’t forget to include the BDHG Permission to Hunt Card with your hunting license; it serves as your written permission to hunt our leases.

FOR HUNTING COORDINATION PURPOSES A NEW BDHG MEMBERSHIP LIST IS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE, PLEASE MAKE A COPY AND PACE IT IN YOUR BDHG NOTEBOOK.
SAFETY NOTE: Don’t carry a loaded weapon of any king to and from a parking area to your chosen hunting spot. There is no running and gunning in the BDHG at any time during any season. That said you may move in your reserved area but when moving your firearm must be unloaded until you have arrived at your new spot as per our Agreements. Your, doing this is to ensure the continued safety of all while hunting the ESVA on BDHG Leases.
FOR ALL BDHG MEMBERS, NEW, RETURNING AND OLD TIMERS, AS MANY OF YOU KNOW, UPDATES SUCH AS THIS ONE IS HOW I GET IMPORTANT NOTES OUT TO THE BDHG: Pat Wiggins, our Website Coordinator will be sending our new members login information for the BDHG WS. Once you have the information, visit the BDHG WS, and read the information provided. Especially the Agreements that we all hunt by. Then get with your assigned sponsor he can show you how to make a reservation. Finally, you should consider making a hard copy notebook of pertinent information for yourself as a backup to the Website should it go down.
BDHG QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS: Should you ever have any questions, concerns or not completely understand something please, contact the BDHG Board of Directors and they will point you in the correct direction and assist you. PLEASE LOGIN, AND FEEL FREE TO CREATE TEST RESERVATIONS, RECORD HARVEST REPORT AND SUBMIT YOUR DUES PAYMENT. TEST RESERVATONS AND HARVESTS WILL BE DELETED APRIL 1, 2026.
